PRODUCER

Tenderfoot TV is looking for a full time producer to join the team. The Producer will be responsible for leading the production across multiple projects. In this role, you will be the main creative and production voice on an upcoming show. You are comfortable working in a team environment and willing to jump in on any aspect of production to get the job done.

Responsibilities include:

Running the production of a podcast from development to final release.
Collaborate with team members and producing partners on scripts, structure, and approach for individual shows.
Manage the production team members and relationships with show hosts.
Research, scripting, capturing and editing interviews.
Work across the Tenderfoot TV team on audio assets needed for promotion of the show.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a producer and developing a full show from beginning to end
Strong track record of delivering shows on time and managing a production process
Ability to edit in Audition or other audio editing software
Experience working across multiple audio projects with short deadlines.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Tenderfoot TV is looking for an Associate Producer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting tape, research, scheduling, interviewing, and generally helping to keep the production moving forward. The Associate Producer will work across a number of projects and report to a Senior Producer.

Responsibilities include:

Research and coordinate interviews
Manage recording sessions.
Create rough cuts of episodes and develop show outlines.
Own the creation of any production documents including show metadata, show notes, and any additional materials for sales or marketing.
Make sure all episodes are published correctly and with the appropriate metadata and settings.
Draft and oversee recording of any host read ads.

Qualifications:

2+ years of audio production experience in podcasting or radio.
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust to changing needs.
Knowledge of Audition or other audio editing software.
Enjoys a collaborative working environment and provides feedback and support across multiple projects.

MARKETING MANAGER

If you love marketing shows and are great at coming up with campaigns around show launches, then this is the role for you. Tenderfoot TV is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our efforts across our slate of shows. In this role, you will also oversee the marketing efforts across the Tenderfoot TV channels; social media, audio, newsletter, etc. You are comfortable working in a team environment and willing to jump in on any aspect of marketing to get the job done.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the Tenderfoot TV shows and audience growth efforts.
Manages relationships with marketing partners and any outside agencies.
Determine the strategy for individual show launches and create ongoing initiatives around existing shows.
Oversee and direct the social media strategy across the main Tenderfoot TV handles and the individual show handles.
Determine and execute strategy around paid media campaigns.
Coordinate and report on promotional swaps with partners.

Qualifications:

3+ years in a marketing role in podcasting or related industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust to changing needs.
Enjoys a collaborative working environment and provides feedback and support across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include:
